When I in winter breathe the crisp air,
When I go out to meet the darkened cold,
Let icy wind run down my stricken hair,
Let us all think of something bright, like gold.
Instead of crying rain, recall the fire,
And all the likes of which our strength consists.
Let us all show how ruthless the desire,
Of human hearts; forever shall our love persist.
In winter, when the stout animals hide in the night,
Let us then dance around the flames and moon,
Among the stars, is she, our winter’s light.
In winter, when there is nothing but the snow that looms.
Oh, let us come together, enjoy the first bits of snow forever.
It’s the month of December, my nostalgic feeling couldn’t get any better.
